The 1-800 Arch Program

I do not place flyers on your outdoor sign since they only get lost, stolen or forgotten. This is a waste of time and money. Instead, our team places an additional “rider” to your outdoor sign.

This rider directs would-be buyers to contact our 800# for more information about the property.

What is significant about this is that while a recording about your property details is read to the prospect, the computer is capturing the phone number of the caller and then immediately sending a page to one of our team agents. The agent will respond to the page within 10 minutes, creating the opportunity to develop a relationship with the prospect and work that much harder towards developing a solidlead, which, agreeably, is much more effective in procuring a sale than allowing someone to pull a piece of paper and drive away--never to be heard from again. Instead, the prospect speaks with a live agent within 10 minutes of calling!

This system will not only enable our team to provide personal attention to a would-be buyer, it will allow us to closely track the activity on your listing. Additionally, we can provide more accurate assessments of when to make adjustments that reflect the ever-fluctuating market conditions, in order to bring you the best value for your property. The Multiple Listing Service

Used by all agents in all markets, this resource is provided by the local Realtor Board where your property is located. I make sure your property is added to the online MLS website 2 days after you have signed the Listing Contract. This website is accessible to all 400+ active Big Bear Valley agents. Multiple photos of your home will be accessible online as well as a description of all the features of your property. I also receive frequent reports on how often your property has been seen and I follow up with those buyers’ agents to get feedback on your home and the opinion of their clients. A brief discussion with these agents could result in offers on your property.

Create additional exposure through a professional sign and lockbox

Our new Michele Holloway “FOR SALE” sign is placed on your property where it attracts the most people. A lockbox is placed on your door for showing agents to gain access for viewing.

Submit application for MLS Board Tour (Residential properties)

I make sure your property is seen by every agent in the Big Bear Valley! Your property will be placed in the Tour Schedule that all agents receive every Thursday. After the tour, these agents go back to their offices after seeing your property and contact their clients, looking for a qualified lead that sells your home. You will be given advance notice of when your home is on tour so that you can be sure your home is show-ready. Acting as hostess, I make sure the agents have all the info they need to bring us a qualified buyer.

Place feature sheet inside your home

I make sure that many fliers are placed inside your home to be taken by anyone who has been inside. This includes agents and prospective buyers.

Deliver feature sheet of your property listing to all Big Bear Valley real estate offices

I personally deliver printed information to all Big Bear real estate offices, making sure once again that every agent is familiar with your property.

Call and mail 100 surrounding neighbors

Three times a week, I call hundreds of home owners telling them directly about your home. These home owners are both located in Big Bear and down the hill. I come into contact with dozens of potential buyers on a daily basis and your home is the one that I push the most. I obtain appointments from these people and show them your property myself, walking away with a pre-qualified offer which I bring to you for review.
