ESCROW AND TRANSACTION STAFF
Our full-time Escrow and Transaction Staff communicate with all parties involved in the listing, sale or purchase of your home to bring the transaction to a timely and satisfactory close of escrow. They provide attention to each and every listing from the moment a listing contract is secured until an escrow is opened. They research the properties to ensure the best information is available on our local MLS as well as the other seven Southern California boards of which we belong. They also keep a detailed account of the showing activity on each of our homes and assist the agents in reporting to all listing clients. During an escrow the support team ensures your entire experience with us is smooth and as uneventful as possible.
