The agent will respond to the page within 10 minutes, creating the opportunity to develop a relationship with the prospect and work that much harder towards developing a solid lead, which, agreeably, is much more effective in procuring a sale than allowing someone to pull a piece of paper and drive away--never to be heard from again. Instead, the prospect speaks with a live agent within 10 minutes of calling!

Additionally, we can provide more accurate assessments of when to make adjustments that reflect the ever-fluctuating market conditions, in order to bring you the best value for your property.
